What email addresses does AdThrive use?

We have six main email addresses you might see emails from:

  • support@adthrive.com — This is the email address you’ll see in most correspondence and is the direct line to our support team.
  • info@adthrive.com — This is the email address we provide on the AdThrive website for inquiries from prospective new publishers as well as where business update emails come from.
  • payments@adthrive.com — You'll get a notification from this email address when you receive your AdThrive payment each month.
  • events@adthrive.com — If you attend an AdThrive event like our Accelerate Summit, you may see emails from events@adthrive.com related to things like ticketing and event logistics.
  • news@adthrive.com — We use this email address for our monthly newsletter and other AdThrive updates
  • resources@adthrive.com — This is the email address we send resources from to help grow your business like webinar invites, educational information, and more.
