How do I update my payment information in the dashboard?

In your AdThrive dashboard, click Payments in the left sidebar, then Payment Info. There, you can update your address details, enter your payment information or choose a different payment method, and submit a tax form.

On the first Payment Info page, you'll enter your contact information, as related to your payment account. If your payment account is under your personal name, select "Individual", and if it's under a business name, select "Company".

You can edit your payment information on the second tab of the Payment Info page:

Note: Our payment provider's system requires you to click through all three tabs to update your address, banking, and tax form, so please make sure to follow the steps all the way through so you get paid on time.

What if I have more than one site with AdThrive?

If you have more than one site with AdThrive, you will need to update your account information for each site separately. Select the site you want to update from the dropdown menu, then navigate to your Payment Info page to update your address, payment, and tax form for that particular site.
